GLOBE GROUPE Accelerates European Expansion with the Acquisition of Primer Impacto

GLOBE GROUPE, Europe’s leading group dedicated to Shopper Marketing and sales, led by Jeremy Dahan, has announced the acquisition of Spanish Field Marketing agency Primer Impacto, becoming its majority shareholder. Luis Mestre, current CEO, will continue to lead the company.

Already established for more than 20 years in France, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, GLOBE GROUPE is reinforcing its footprint in Europe, particularly in Spain and Portugal. This strategic move comes at a time when the Shopper Marketing sector is calling for a true European player able to operate at scale.
