PUIG trains its brand ambassadors to excel during the key end-of-year season
As the festive season approaches – a crucial time for the fragrance and beauty industry – PUIG Group, home to iconic brands such as Rabanne, Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera and Jean-Paul Gaultier, organised an exclusive live training event for its brand ambassadors. The goal: to prepare them thoroughly for the challenges and demands of the end-of-year retail peak.
Inspiring and engaging the teams
This interactive live session was designed to raise awareness among ambassadors, whether junior or experienced, of the strategic importance of their mission during this critical sales period. PUIG emphasised the need for a deep understanding of each brand’s universe and its fragrances, ensuring that customers enjoy an immersive and distinctive in-store experience.
Delivering flawless execution in-store
Beyond reinforcing knowledge of brand heritage and hero products, the event focused on key operational guidelines to guarantee flawless execution at the point of sale. Special attention was given to peak trading moments in December, ensuring consistently high performance across the entire network.

To design and produce the event, PUIG collaborated closely with GLOBE GROUPE, leveraging its expertise in live training and activation. Together, they co-created both the content and the format of the live session, tailoring pedagogy and staging to meet participants’ expectations.
The training was broadcast from GLOBE GROUPE’s dedicated studio, equipped with two professional stages, ensuring top-quality production and an engaging, fully immersive experience for all attendees.
