Samsung chose Forum des Halles to launch a one-of-a-kind experiential pop-up store: the Galaxy Experience Space. This temporary installation brings to life the best of Galaxy AI technology, offering visitors a unique and immersive journey through innovation. Designed as a true playground for discovery, the space goes far beyond the traditional retail approach to deliver a new kind of brand experience.
A tailor-made activation for an enhanced customer experience
To support the brand in this strategic launch, Samsung called on the expertise of TechSell, our subsidiary specialized in commercial outsourcing. Our approach was built around two key pillars:
– The design of a seamless experiential journey within the pop-up, highlighting the key features of the new Galaxy smartphones and Galaxy AI,
– The deployment of highly trained brand ambassadors, able to deliver interactive demonstrations and provide accurate, personalized guidance to every visitor.
This event-driven format enabled the brand to generate strong engagement in a fully controlled environment designed for discovery and immersion.

In the heart of one of Paris’s busiest shopping centers, our teams brought the Galaxy universe to life through a series of themed zones — photography, wellness, and artificial intelligence — enhanced by engaging activations such as a prize wheel. This interactive game gave visitors the chance to win Galaxy products, exclusive tickets to the GP Explorer – The Last Race, and more.
To maximize visibility, Samsung also rolled out a powerful influencer marketing strategy tied to the event, generating viral momentum around the pop-up.
