Mission accomplished for TechSell experts

In a rapidly evolving mobile market where sustainability and ethical innovation are becoming key drivers of consumer choice, Fairphone stands out as a brand committed to responsible technology. To strengthen its presence in retail and ensure that its unique brand values are fully understood and conveyed at the point of sale, Fairphone partnered with TechSell, an expert in field marketing and brand activation.

TechSell Training for Fairphone

TechSell collaborated with Fairphone to train 78 Orange stores across 7 regions in just 2 weeks. For this challenge, we mobilized 7 expert trainers and designed a tailored program combining in-store marketing, brand activation, and sales promotions. The goal was to train 260 salespeople through hands-on workshops and interactive quizzes, while maximizing team engagement.

An effective collaboration

Thanks to rigorous organization, we achieved 74% in-person training and 95% correct answers on post-training quizzes. Feedback from Orange stores was very positive, praising the practical and engaging aspects of the training. This project helped strengthen brand activation and created an experiential marketing experience that excited the teams, ensuring a better understanding of the product and its values.
